What’s the best free software for home video editing?
I’m trying to add caption, music and the occasional photo to my videos without the audio stopping. What software is the easiest to use and is free to download?

Windows Movie Maker is the free choice for video editing but isn’t very good software. It constantly closes when your in the middle of something for no reason. CNET give’s it a 1 star rating and doesn’t recommend it for any user.
