Audio editing software??

I am fixing to buy one of the following programs:Wavepad or audacity………can someone tell me which one they think is better and why??

I’ve never used Wavepad, so I can’t help you with that. I HAVE used Audacity, and I think it’s awesome – and Audacity is FREE, so you don’t have to buy it.

There’s also a lot of free support and plugins, etc. for Audacity.
