Is it true that you get paid when you submit a video to Metacafe and it’s viewed by someone?

I’ve heard that if you submit video clips to metacafe and if they’re being seen by others, you get paid for it. Is it true? If it’s so, where can I get more details about it and all other relevant info like how to submit video, how do you get paid, what type of submissions are allowed etc. Thanks.

This payment program by Metacafe is called “Metacafe’s Producer Rewards® Program”. You can submit video which is made originally by you and of which you’ve all the copyrights. Yes you do get payed. I have looked into it before. Im pretty sure that you have to get 20,000 views before you get payed ( not sure how much) then after that every 1,000 views you get, you get 5 dollars.
