why some videos on youtube get such a high rating?

i am just curious if anyone knows if the videos on youtube that get high rating are all affiliated with some kind of marketing companies? i dont think so, i am wondering if it has much to do with tags and description in terms of the search for a music video. I know tags are important but what about the description and the actual title? just trying to see what the rest of you know about that…thanks in advance!!!!:)
