What is the top reason people don’t start their own websites online?

This is a marketing related question, but I am looking for honest reasons that non computer geeks dont have their own websites. I am working on a free educational program/video course, to teach people how they can make money online with their own websites. I am curious what the major objections to help over come would be. Thanks!

The reasons:
How will people actually find the site?
How can I take care of a website if I don’t know anything about the programming, codes etc.
What if no one even uses it?
Do I want to spend that much on a site?
What if I am completely computer illiterate and don’t use the computer myself?
How will I find out everything I need to put into a site?

Those are just some reasons that people may have for not wanting to get a website.
