LG KP500 Cookie Video Attachments?

When trying to open the video attachments sent via email to my mailbox, it doesn’t show up the attachment… it just says it has been removed. The videos are being sent in the same format as the phone does itself, and it send them out just fine. Just won’t open any of them. I can open image attachments just fine through the mailbox, but not video ones…? Any ideas?
