How can I put my head on the Hulk’s body (while he’s running) in a home video?

I don’t care if it looks fake (that’s what I’m going for) I want to put my head on the Hulk’s body while the hulk is running and my head is on top of him. I wanna edit this using a free or really cheap editing software for less than $100.

You would need a movie maker software, if you have windows it comes with windows movie maker. then all you do is take the video and put it in the movie maker and go through each slide and add your face to it until the clip is complete, its gonna take a long time I wont lie.
