Flip Mino/ Windows Vista Basic Video Editing Software?

I have a Flip Mino HD and a Windows Vista Home Basic. I love Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0, but it won’t support the camera and it is horribly slow. I want a video editing software that can support my Flip Mino HD, works with my crappy video card and computer, and can still do some awesome stuff. Something much better than Windows Movie Maker. Also, I would prefer that it’s free.
