Cheap video editing software?

I plan atending an even and recording video there and would like to be able to have a program which would allow me to edit the video so that i can blur or cover the faces of people not in my party. Right now I am only using Cyberlink Power Director. What are some good cheap video editing programs out there that allow more options than just titles title animations, and scene transitions?

well pinnacle is a good one, but i love video edit magic 4.47. Theres is a free trial version for download at the link provided below.
