HELP! Canon Video Camera?

Hi ok well I got a Canon FS200 video camera for Christmas and with it comes 2 cds that have and editing software on them called Pixela and as soon as I got my video camera I downloaded Pixela to my computer, and during the downloading process, you have to enter the serial number. A few months after that, my computer crashed and I got a new one and I went to download Pixela to my new computer and I went to put in my serial number and it wouldn’t let me put it in. Is it because I’ve already used that serial number before? I really need a new serial number please!!

I don’t think that’s the issue. Maybe you put it in wrong. They usually aren’t that picky over software like that. You can contact support and ask them. Also check the FAQ’s for that topic. You’re not the only one to ever have that happen. The solution will be there.
