whats the best video editing software for my needs?…?

hi,
i need an editing software (like windows movie maker) but with 2 audio tracks! and easy to crop clips. all the vid software i find makes it damn hard to crop the clips down!!! Unlike movie maker! so everything that movie maker has…..but with an extra audio track! any one know of any programs???:)
