How do u use LS Maker?????How do u replace sticks with lightsabers in video?Help!!!Thanx?

someone told me that u can replace sticks with lightsabers using LSMAKEr,so i got LSMAKER and i have one problem!!HOW TO USE IT!! i have already shot my video and there are no lightsabers!!just sticks.how do i use it!!??????my release date is in august and i still have to do ALOT of editing.Please help.if u dont know what LS Maker is,than please give links to software which can create decent lightsaber.The program needs to be free or under 50 dollars.Thanx
