vob and ifo files?

I ripped a dvd onto my hardrive so now it is saved as vob files ifo files etc. in other words it is on my hard drive the same way it is on the dvd I want to know how to put those files onto a dvd-r a tried roxio but it didn’t have an option to make video dvd’s I tried windows dvd maker and windows movie maker but it doesn’t support vob files and I tried my video editing software but it couldn’t upload the sound because it was professionally made by dobly so what Can I Use?
