Best video editing software ever? Adobe Premiere Pro vs. Sony Vegas Pro?

I find many recommend Sony Vegas Pro.

Premiere Pro. I think a lot of people recently started in editing and went with a sonly app since Adobe didn’t have an entry-level editor until recent years. They probably choose to stick with the Vegas family. People who’ve been editing for a while probably choose Adobe. Overall, I would suspect that Premiere is more widely used by pros and near-pros.
