Video Email Helloworld

Has anyone had trouble sending video emails?
I recently signed up with Helloworld and am having the following issues:
- My computer has seemed to slow down since I’ve been using it
- People are not receiving the video-emails I’ve been sending
- When the Helloworld web page is loading, I sometimes get an error message.
What’s the error message?
Try to check if your internet connection is ok by accessing other web sites.
In case of doubts or problems try to contact the web site support.
