An MLM com. says it offers a Video email system that can track if the email is opened and who it might be fwd?

to, incl their address. Is this possible? Is it legal?

they may be able to track how many of your emails were opened by embedding a unique image in each email and tracking how many times the image is downloaded?? I think its unethical, they may get around it with a disclaimer… Not entirely sure its possible.
