Please help! How do I sent a video via email from Window’s Media Player?

For some reason I can’t seem to. The file is either too large, even when I compress it. Am I doing something wrong??? Do I need a program?

The first thing to do is to download the file, size does not really matter so you don’t need to compress it. Next, check the file format i.e if it is avi, flv, mpeg, etc. it is at this point you can diagnose the problem because windows media player does not play all formats. for example most editions of windows media player can’t play .flv or .mov (mobile phone recordings). To confirm open media player, press F1(help) and check format. However, don’t despair, there are a lot of free media players you can download online to complement windows media player.
