I have been listing my home FSBO for 7 months before that 6 months with a realtor. My price is 25,000 below appraised value. I am offering 2% to a realtor who can sell my home. I am going to college in the Fall and need to sell ASAP. I have open houses all the time. People like my home and they say they will be back and never show up again. I heard the market is getting better. My addresss is 03504 trout ave fruitland park fl 34731 This home is close to Leesburg and the Villages. The neighborhood is very safe. Without looking….you need to raise that commission. 2% is not worth the gas money.

After looking….

The video is too long. I got very bored with the ongoing shots of the exterior and closed it. The freewebs site was better. You need new pictures though. Focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. Do NOT have any trash in the pictures (I could not believe your kitchen pictures) and take the plants off of the counter. They make the kitchen look microscopic. If you really must have a house plant in the pictures use a small plant, the kitchen will seem bigger.

There are TONS of homes for sale around you. I would offer a normal commission of 3% to the selling agent PLUS an incentive bonus (they do not split the incentive with their broker) of at least $500. You need to have something to make the agents want to show your home instead of one of the HUNDREDS of others.
